Mesh-Vane Assembly

ACS has developed and tested many mist eliminator configurations and materials over the past 50+ years, but none have exceeded the overall performance of the ACS MisterMesh® Mesh Vane assembly for both high capacity and high efficiency free liquid droplet removal.  The ACS mesh vane assembly out performs many conventional mist eliminators with little or no modifications to your existing separator vessel or process column.

The MisterMesh® drainage rolls accelerate liquid removal by breaking the surface tension of conglomerated droplets of liquid gathering in the bottom mesh pad layers thus increasing capacity and reducing pressure drop.  When used together with the ACS vane unit on top the assembly can increase the mist eliminator’s vapor handling capacity by over 200% while separating droplets down to 3 microns in size.
