Since 1951, ACS Industries, LP, Separations & Mass-Transfer Products Division has  produced high efficiency knitted wire mesh mist eliminators for free water droplet removal from vapor streams up to 99% removal of droplets 3 micron and larger.  ACS offers specialty multi-density and co-knitted mesh styles and pad designs individually engineered for your application by our process engineers to achieve world class performance for many critical service applications ranging from compressor suction knock out drums, to steam turbine inlet separators, to Nuclear power plant condensation collection applications.  ACS is your total solution for mesh pad mist eliminators.

ACS produces and stocks mesh for custom pad construction from common stainless, nickel 200, and other exotic alloys including Hastelloy C276, as well as many non-metallic mesh and grid materials such as Polypropylene, Kynar®, and Teflon®. 

ACS MisterMesh® mist eliminator drain roles greatly improve glycol and amine solvent loss reduction.  This role feature may be added or specified on any standard mesh pad application for increased droplet removal efficiency performance and overall capacity.
