Floating Valve Trays

ACS designs and builds all types of valve trays, including round, square, triangular and scalloped edges. Floating valve trays have the advantage of high turn down ratios with very low liquid weeping.  These are available in all leg heights and are also available in anti spin and twisted leg designs. Our standard design includes crimped edges to prevent sticking to tray decks.

We stock 10, 12, 14, and 16 gage materials in carbon steel,  410, 304, and 316 Stainless Steel for fast delivery.
