Fractionation Trays
ACS supplies replacement-in-kind trays and tray parts for all existing conventional tray installations, not still under patent.
ACS is your valued source for complete trays, partial panels, or various parts needed on bubble cap trays, sieve trays, fixed and floating valve trays installed in most existing towers. We specialize in fast delivery in towers up to 20 feet in diameter and with tray decks up to 1/4" thick in common stocked alloys of CS, 410ss, 304Lss, 316Lss, and Monel 400.
Call us today and get your trays or tray parts in hours or days, not weeks - and all at very competitve prices.
Tray Hardware
ACS offers consigned hardware and fasteners in common alloys from stock in CS, 410ss, 304ss, 316Lss, and Monel 400 organized, delivered, and in most locations serviced during your unit outages. ACS utilizes tower job boxes, tandom hardware trailers, and steel storage containers depending on the anticipated project size. Sieve & Bubble Cap Trays
ACS offers conventional sieve and bubble cap trays to meet your replacement-in-kind or new tower construction requirements. Floating Valve Trays
ACS offers most of the valve elements used in the industry today. Round valves, 2.5" rectangular valves, and the 5" rectangular floating valves are available in various weights and leg heights for exact replacementin-kind tower maintenace requirements. Valves are stocked in 410ss, 304ss, 316Lss, and Monel 400 - other specailty alloys are available by request. Fixed Valve Trays
ACS offers the popular fixed 2.5" rectangular valve trays that are common in the industry especially in fouling services. ACS / Montz Trays
ACS/Montz offers several specialty trays from our technology partner in Germany. These specialty trays are manufactured in Germany and are designed for process applications by Montz. ACS SEMV™ Tray
ACS offers a US patented scalloped edge mini valve trays in both low fouling fixed and high turn- down floating valve configurations. The specialty valve divides the upward vapor stream sideways into the deck liquid layer, while dividing the vapor into mutliple lower velocity flows for increased contact efficiency and mixing. The small scallops create many points of vapor-liquid contact as demonstrated by a conventional sieve tray, but the scallop valves also function like a round valve with the increased performance achieved by directing the vapor horizontally into the deck liquid layer.
