ACS/Montz design and produce complete tower and vessel sets for a very wide range of specialty chemical processes including, but certainly not limited to the following:

• solvents
• plastics
• pesticides
• pharmaceuticals
• fertilizers
• others

For example, the ACS MultiPocket® mesh-vane assembly is used in Ethylene plants to protect the compressors from damage created by mist droplets.  They are also used in the inlets of compressors for the production of Tera Phallic Acid. ACS Vanes are used in Butadine Styrene processes where fouling is a major concern.

Petrochemicals require the use of all types of tray application in distillation, fractionation and absorption. ACS specializes in providing trays and tray hardware for fast replacements during unit turnarounds or unplanned outages.
